Can you prove this? Or are you making assumptions? Even if what you say is true, inspectors going in would pretty much bring to a halt any production or deployment plans. That would delay Hussain's using them while Bush drums up support for am attack, or, more to my likeing, entices a rebelion from within Iraq that would remove the dictator and install a democratic government.
Appeasment = death was true of Hitler in the 1930's, but are you sure that the same situation is happening here? Convince me.
